Conor is the Chief Executive Officer of Everay Renewables, bringing over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy industry across the UK, Ireland, Italy, and Germany. An RIBA-qualified architect by training, he has built a career at the intersection of technical delivery and commercial leadership, with a proven track record in developing and executing complex wind, solar, and BESS projects—from site origination and land negotiation to planning, grid connection, and energisation.
In addition to his development expertise, Conor has led high-value M&A transactions exceeding £100 million, overseeing all aspects from commercial structuring to legal negotiation and execution. His leadership is defined by a deep understanding of infrastructure delivery, strategic growth, and investor alignment—driving Everay’s mission to build a smarter, cleaner, and more resilient energy future.
