With over 17 years of management experience, Paul has led the planning and environmental delivery of more than 10GW of renewable energy projects. As Managing Director of Everay Renewables, he is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational performance, and overall business profitability.
In addition to his technical expertise, Paul brings significant business management and ownership experience. He has played a central role in establishing, scaling, and leading successful businesses, with responsibility for financial performance, organisational development, and long-term strategic direction. His commercial approach ensures projects and operations are delivered efficiently while maximising value.
Paul has held both Director and Managing Director roles, overseeing extensive project portfolios and managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices throughout the UK and Ireland. His leadership combines commercial awareness with deep technical understanding, enabling successful project delivery at scale.
He has comprehensive experience across the full lifecycle of renewable energy developments, including initial feasibility and concept design, stakeholder engagement and public consultation, planning applications, committee representation, appeals, and judicial reviews. Post-consent, Paul also oversees due diligence, compliance, and the discharge of planning conditions.
